COLMA – A magnitude 3.2 earthquake jolted the Peninsula early Friday evening, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake hit around 5:03 p.m. about 1.8 miles south-southwest of Colma, 2.8 miles north of Pacifica and 3.8 miles west of South San Francisco, the USGS reported.
There were no reports of injuries or damage.
The earthquake was felt as far away as San Rafael, Dublin and Palo Alto, according to the USGS.
