A house in Tinton Falls that sold for $1.3 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Howell area between Nov. 10 and Nov. 23.

In total, 24 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $625,030, or $322 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 10 to the week of Nov. 23 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $710K, single-family house at 21 Sugarbush Road

A 1,967-square-foot single-family home at 21 Sugarbush Road in Howell has been sold. The price was $710,000, $361 per square foot. The house was built in 1972. The house features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on Oct. 30.
