Two people were assaulted in the 200 block of Mercer Street in the city of Butler and taken to the hospital following seizures late Friday, Nov. 28, according to reports made to Butler County Emergency Dispatch.

The report of the assault was made after 11:30 p.m. Friday, scanner traffic indicates.

The Butler City Police Department was not immediately available for comment
