FOXBOROUGH - The Patriots have been preparing to face New York Giants rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart, who cleared concussion protocol earlier in the week.
Dart, who was the 25th overall pick in this year’s draft, had missed the past two games with Jameis Winston starting in his place.
Patriots defensive play caller Zak Kuhr, who spoke Friday, offered his impressions of the young quarterback, whose thrown 10 touchdown passes and rushed for seven more.
“He’s a great player ... he has the will to win for all 60 minutes,” Kuhr said. “He plays the whole game no matter what the situation is, whether they’re down or up. He’s playing to win the game.
