Syracuse, N.Y. — In between seasons, Section III’s boys wrestlers are busy on the mat.

At syracuse.com’s winter sports media days, we asked Section III boys wrestling coaches about their most improved wrestler.

“I’m hoping it’s Malachi. I think he wrestled 150 and he showed a lot of talent last year. Lost a lot of close matches. He’s a hard worker, he’s got some talent. It’s his senior year.
