Syracuse, N.Y. - Ambulances were called to a Syracuse home on Thanksgiving evening after two brothers got into a serious fight involving a stabbing and a baseball bat, according to Onondaga County 911 dispatches.

One man hit his brother in the head with a baseball bat before the brother retaliated by stabbing him in the chest, according to 911 dispatches.

Police were first called to 117 Hobart Ave. around 8:34 p.m. on Thursday after a man called saying he had been stabbed by his brother in the chest, according to 911 dispatches.

Just a few minutes later, Syracuse police and an AMR ambulance arrived, according to dispatches.

First responders found one man had stab wounds in his chest and stomach, according to Sgt. Tom Blake, a spokesperson for Syracuse police.
