Sara Cox has disclosed that she often tells her children that she's "sorry" as she discussed a particular family concern. The BBC Radio 2 presenter, who recently completed a gruelling five-day, 135-mile marathon for Children in Need , has candidly discussed the challenges of juggling motherhood with her broadcasting career.

The 50 year-old is a mum to three children - a daughter Lola Anne with ex-husband DJ Jon Carter , and son Isaac and daughter Renee with her current husband, the advertising executive Ben Cyzer, with whom she tied the knot in 2013.
