EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Evansville Police say cars along Main Street were the targets of several break-ins on Black Friday.

According to a media report, the first happened between 7 and 8:30 p.m. Friday, at the Turoni’s on Main Street.

Officers say the back windshield of the car had been broken and the the suspect tampered with the steering column.

According to the report, a string of similar things happened at the same location.

Then around the same time, another call was made in the 600 block of Main Street, where another car was broken into.

There is currently no suspect information, as police continue the investigation.
