A house in Cato that sold for $390,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cayuga County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 11 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $239,945. The average price per square foot was $118.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 22 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

9. $12K, single-family home at 4247 Dutch Hollow Road

A 1,110-square-foot single-family residence at 4247 Dutch Hollow Road in Niles, has been sold. The total purchase price was $12,000, $11 per square foot. The house was built in 1953. The house features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The deal was finalized on Oct. 31.
