3 IN YOUR TOWN: Last Call for Cider as Fairmount Orchard preps for close

For nearly a century, the seasonal opening of Fairmount Orchard signaled the start of fall on the mountain but after 97 years of operation, this will be the last go-round.

Local 3's Paul Shahen visits Fairmount Orchard which will close its doors on Sunday, November 30. The family has sold the property but will remain open until then.

There's still plenty of apples, treats and one-of-a-kind cider to go around. There's also a ton of family stories being shared with workers and customers.
