OLD LYME, Conn. (WFSB) - A serious crash in Old Lyme caused major traffic delays on Saturday morning.

At around 7:07 a.m. troopers were called to the area of I-95 southbound near Exit 71 after a report of a single-vehicle crash, state police said.

Officials said serious injuries are reported, but it is non-life-threatening.

The highway was closed for LifeStar to land, but has since reopened in both directions.

No further details were released.
