This Morning favourite Josie Gibson declares she has "never felt better" after revealing her remarkable 5st weight loss transformation.

During a recent Caribbean cruise with a male companion, the 40 year old television presenter appeared glowing and radiated self-assurance whilst showcasing an assortment of bikinis and a form-fitting House of CB dress.

"She feels great, she looks great and life is going amazingly," a source revealed. "She truly believes this is the best she's ever looked and everything seems to be going right for her."
