N.S. police warn of an armed man in Halifax area, say residents should stay indoors

HALIFAX - RCMP in Nova Scotia are warning residents of an armed and dangerous man in the Halifax area Saturday morning, including East Hants and Enfield.

An emergency alert sent by RCMP tells residents to stay inside and lock all doors and windows.
