Police are investigating a shooting not far away from a busy mall in Surrey.

No details have been released but the Surrey Police Service confirmed early Saturday that officers were called out to the 10400-block of 152nd Street, which is near the Guildford Town Centre mall.

Police have not confirmed whether anyone was injured or dead. However,the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team is on site and officers have set up a tent.
