A house that sold for $1.6 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Freehold in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 20 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $530,300. The average price per square foot was $300.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 1,242-square-foot single-family residence at 4 Institute Street in Freehold, has been sold. The total purchase price was $475,000, $382 per square foot. The house was built in 1940. The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on Oct. 30.
