LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ) - A person was hospitalized after being hit by a driver during an altercation Friday, November 28, according to Lynchburg Police.
Lynchburg Police responded to a hit-and-run with injuries on the 3900 block of Wards Road.
During an altercation in a turning lane, a driver of a white Toyota van struck an individual standing outside of a vehicle, according to police. Police say the Toyota driver left the scene.
The person struck by the van self-transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
