In total, 19 residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $439,908. The average price per square foot was $213.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 17 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 1,975-square-foot single-family residence at 2 Fraser Road in Blackwood has been sold. The price was $405,000, $205 per square foot. The house was built in 1985. The deal was finalized on Nov. 6.
