European carrier Luxair has celebrated the arrival of its newest Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, and an exciting chapter in the airline's history. The airline, which plans to utilize these aircraft as part of its fleet modernization strategy, will deploy them on routes across Europe.
The aircraft features a new Luxair livery , which includes a bold design with a modern aesthetic, while also acknowledging the country of Luxembourg's national identity. The aircraft is configured with 136 seats, in a standard two-by-two layout.
Six New E195-E2 Expected
Luxair signed a firm order for four E195-E2 jets back in 2023; however expanded this commitment last December for an additional two aircraft. This makes the airline set to receive a total of six Brazilian-manufactured aircraft. Luxair,
