Strictly Come Dancing star Karen Carney was praised by the judges - and told she could win the whole competition - after her latest incredible dance.

The Birmingham-born footballer turned pundit received a standing ovation for her Couples Choice dance to Lady Gaga's Born This Way with her dance partner Carlos Gu on Saturday night.

The dance included an incredible moonwalk, break dance elements and fast footwork and saw Karen achieve a perfect 40 score.

She had dedicated the dance to her mum Marie for supporting her football dreams when she was the only girl playing as a youngster.
