BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating the shooting death of a 22-year-old man found wounded inside a vehicle early Saturday morning.

BRPD said officers responded around 12:18 a.m. to the 4600 block of Divincenti Drive, where they located Kyland Hamilton, 22, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside a vehicle.

Hamilton was taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries, according to police.
