A devastated Balvinder Sopal was 'left in tears' on camera during Saturday night's Strictly Come Dancing, having made a costly mistake in her latest routine. And she also made a very telling remark about being in the dance-off again, having already survived it four times so far this series.

Having been the favourite to leave over consecutive weeks, EastEnders actress Balvinder defied the odds to make it to Blackpool last weekend and do the dance she'd been so desperate to do, the Argentine Tango. There was no elimination last weekend, with the scores instead carried over to this week, as Balvinder and pro partner Julian Caillon returned to the dancefloor to do a jive to Right Back Where Started From.
