MACON, Ga. — Public ice skating is back at the Macon Coliseum, and while the Macon Mayhem hockey team doesn't need the ice rink, Central Georgians have the chance to enjoy some time on the ice.

The rink is available to the public until Dec. 30 and each one-hour skating session is limited to 150 skaters, according to the Macon Coliseum. They said that tickets are first-come-first-served.

Tickets are $10 per skater, including skate rental, if they're bought at the box office. If tickets are purchased online, they are $12.35 per skater, including skate rental. Tickets can be purchased online here .

Doors will open 15 minutes early to allow skaters to pick up their skates and "get ready to hit the ice," the Coliseum said.
