A house in Kirkland that sold for $545,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Oneida County in the past week.

The county saw a total of 28 residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $238,877, or $157 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 22 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $295K, detached house at 434 Van Dyke Road

A sale has been finalized for the single-family residence at 434 Van Dyke Road in Utica. The price was $295,000. It was built in 1958. The house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The deal was finalized on Nov. 3.
