Strictly Come Dancing viewers made the same plea as they watched the first ever Instant Dance in the BBC series.

It was a first for Strictly Come Dancing as they introduced the Instant Dance into week ten of the competition on Saturday night (November 29).

With six celebrities remaining, the competition is closer than ever as the stars battle their way closer to winning the coveted Glitterball trophy.

Among the glitz and the glamour, the celebrities were apprehensive as they prepared for their first ever Instant Dance.

Overseen by Tess and Claudia, Instant Dance challenges each couple to pick a dance style at random from ones they have learnt in the competition so far.
