TAMPA, Fla. — Helping families in need — that's why Beulah Baptist Institutional Church hosts their Christmas Miracle Market.

For the second year, the church gave parents like Xavier Wilson the chance to purchase gifts at heavily discounted prices.

“This is absolutely top tier,” he said. “I haven’t seen anything like this in about three or four years.”
