When we were five games into the Pittsburgh Steeler s’ 2025 season, the outlook was certainly brighter. Pittsburgh won four of its first five games, while the Ravens were slipping into a hole that would soon see them drop to 1-5.

The oddsmakers saw the good start from the Steelers and were not convinced they could sustain the momentum. All along, Baltimore remained the clear odds-on favorite to win the AFC North. And things have already turned out just as the oddsmakers have foreseen.

Pittsburgh has lost four of its last six games to drop to 6-5, while the Ravens are riding a five-game winning streak to arrive at the same record. Right now, though, Baltimore is technically in first place because of a better division record.
