Aaron Rodgers‘ fractured wrist was originally thought to be a “small” one. But it turns out it’s more serious.
The Steelers quarterback has “several broken bones” in his left wrist, according to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport , who added Rodgers has “at least” three fractures.
One of the fractures can only happen by way of significant force.
Despite that, Rodgers will still play Sunday against the Buffalo Bills.
Rodgers had a bee in his bonnet about playing against the Chicago Bears in Week 12 after suffering the injury in Week 11 against the Cincinnati Bengals, but he wasn’t cleared in time by doctors.
Mason Rudolph filled in for the inured Rodgers against the Bears and went 24-of-31 for 171 yards with a touchdown and an interception.
The Steelers are 6-5 and atop the AFC North go
