Four people were killed and 11 others injured after a shooting at a family gathering on Lucile Avenue in Stockton. An 8-year-old, a 9-year-old, a 14-year-old and a 21-year-old were among those killed. The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office says the attack may have been targeted. The shooter has not been found, and no suspect information has been released yet as officials say they don't want to release information that may hinder their investigation.
