The Oregon women’s basketball team overcame its first-half struggles Sunday at Auburn to dominate the second and pull out a 58-43 win.
Oregon guard Katie Fiso scored 19 of her game-high 24 points in the second half, leading the Ducks back from a 33-24 halftime deficit.
Forward Mia Jacobs had 10 points and nine rebounds. Forward Ehis Etute came off the bench to score 16 points and grab 15 rebounds.
The Ducks (9-0) were inconsistent in the first half. In the first quarter, UO shot 54.5% from the field but committed seven turnovers. Oregon lost the second quarter 21-11 while shooting 26.7% and committing another four turnovers.
Auburn (8-1) shot 41.9% in the first half but scored 10 points off the Ducks’ 11 turnovers.
