The Tennessee Titans failed to score a touchdown in their game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, and rookie quarterback Cam Ward believes his head coach should have given him at least one more opportunity to do so.

Ward and Tennessee's offense had an abysmal day in their 25-3 loss to the Jaguars at Nissan Stadium in Nashville. The Titans got on the board first with a field goal on their opening drive, but Ward disagreed with interim head coach Mike McCoy's decision to settle for three points.

The Titans had 4th-and-3 at the Jacksonville 10-yard line when McCoy sent kicker Joey Slye out for a chip shot to give Tennessee a 3-0 lead. McCoy likely wanted to make sure his team came away with points following a strong opening drive. Ward would have preferred to be more aggressive
