SEATTLE, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks shut out the Minnesota Vikings 26-0 at Lumen Field.
Seattle improved to 9-3 on the season and handed the Vikings its first scoreless game in 18 years.
Minnesota's starting quarterback J.J. McCarthey was sidelined due to concussion protocol, they turned to rookie Max Brosmer, and the results were brutal.
Brosmer threw four interceptions, one of which was returned 86 yards by Seattle's Ernest Jones IV. The Vikings offense never gained traction, and turned the ball over five times overall, which gave Seattle all the chance for a defensive performance.
Seahawks kicker Jason Myers had a perfect day, delivered four field goals and late in the game Zach Charbonnet punched in a rushing touchdown to seal the shutout.
