Rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders made his second career NFL start on Sunday for the Cleveland Browns as they hosted the San Francisco 49ers.
While only trailing 10-8 at halftime, they were outscored 16-0 in the second half and ended up dropping the game 26-8 to fall to 3-9 on the season, while the 49ers improved to 9-4.
Sanders finished the matchup completing 16 of his 25 passes for 149 yards, one touchdown, and zero turnovers. He's 1-1 in his first two starts and has totaled two touchdowns and one turnover.
After the game, however, a Browns reporter was held accountable by Sanders for asking a question about Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski's decision to go for it twice on fourth-and-one, which both resulted in turnover on downs.
Sanders believed it was a "rude question to ask"
