MAIZE, Kan. (KAKE) - With winter weather on the way, organizations are already sending out notifications about what to expect on Dec. 1, while people at home are getting ready in their own way.

The arctic chill moved into Kansas the weekend before Thanksgiving. Now, on this last day of November, KAKE News Meteorologist Cameron Venable says the first chances of snow are headed into the state.
