Gas leak at Kennesaw State's Marietta campus cause 'significant service outages'

MARIETTA, Ga. — A gas leak reported early Monday morning at Kennesaw State's Marietta campus is causing "significant service outages," the school emergency management agency said .

The gas leak occurred at the KSU Marietta Academic Building (H), a social media post by KSU Emergency Management said.

In a follow-up post Monday afternoon, KSU said the gas leak at H Building is causing outages "impacting the Marietta campus & select areas of the Kennesaw campus."

"Out of an abundance of caution, we have been instructed to shut down all infrastructure in the H Building," KSU Emergency Management said. The H building, a Facebook post said, is a "core facility for campus infrastructure at the Marietta campus."
