FLINT, MI – Police have identified the victim in a fatal shooting in the 300 block of E. Foss Street in Flint on Friday, Nov. 28.
Jaquille Dominique Topp, a 36-year-old Flint woman, was found suffering from a gunshot wound inside of a vehicle in a driveway, according to a news release from the Flint Police Department.
Topp was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the release.
Police arrested a man they believe is responsible for the shooting and lodged him at the Genesee County Jail, according to the release.
The shooting is under investigation by the Flint Police Department and Michigan State Police Major Crime Unit.
The shooting took place around 6:30 p.m., according to the release.
