JACKSON, MI -- The Jackson County Animal Shelter, 3770 Spring Arbor Road, has many pets available for adoption.

Here are three of them.

Vinnie is a 2-year-old American Staffordshire mix that came in as a stray. He is a happy guy who greets everyone with enthusiasm.

Vinnie is medium sized at 36 pounds, with a low maintenance hair coat. He likes to go for walks and tries to be house trained.

He gets so excited to come out of his kennel, his whole body wiggles. Vinnie is neutered and ready to be adopted

These big orange beauties are Cinnamon and Peaches. They were surrendered by their owner who was experiencing some health issues.

Cinnamon and Peaches came in together, are best buddies and hopefully will be adopted together. Both of these cats have been declawed on all 4 feet. Cinnamon
