An Eversource worker is being credited with saving a woman who was trapped on the second floor of a row house during a fire in Somerville, Massachusetts, on Monday.
Somerville Fire Chief Charles Breen said the electrical worker spotted the woman stuck on a porch as flames engulfed the Marion Street building and jumped into action.

“He threw his bucket, got her into his bucket and rescued her from the fire," Breen said. “He did a hell of a job, I can’t say enough for his efforts. He definitely saved her. She was in extreme danger.”
The woman was taken to the hospital with suspected smoke inhalation, Breen said.
