Ralph W Duggan passed away peacefully at the age of 81 on November 18 at the hospital in Elberton, Georgia. Ralph is survived by his daughter Ashley Duggan and her two adult children (Ralph’s grandchildren), Shaw and Olivia Miller, in Boston, Massachusetts. Ralph is also survived by his daughter Brooke Jenkins in Naples, Florida, and his sister Anne Buckley and her husband Dan of Atlanta, and their two adult children Danny and Shay Buckley.

Ralph was born August 8, 1944 in Athens, Tennessee. He attended UGA and then moved to Gainesville, Georgia, where he lived the rest of his life. He continued to love UGA football and the Dawgs.
