ORCHARD PARK - The Buffalo Bills certainly improved their playoff chances Sunday with a pivotal 26-7 beatdown of the Pittsburgh Steelers , but they are by no means in a comfortable position with five weeks left in the season.
Their five-year dominance atop the AFC East is probably over as it seems pretty unrealistic that they’re going to overtake the red-hot New England Patriots who are feasting on a laughably easy schedule.
That means the Bills are in the crazy AFC wild-card race and no matter what the computer models say about the Bills’ overwhelming odds to procure one of those three spots, the reality is this: Computers don’t play the games, humans do, and the Bills need to keep winning or they run the risk of defying the computers and not making it.
They are 8-4 but that only
