The Washington Post reports that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth gave a verbal order for everyone on board a suspected drug boat in the Caribbean to be killed back in September, according to two sources with direct knowledge. Hegseth has denied the report. Now, the Senate and House are calling for investigations into the orders. NPR National Security Correspondent Greg Myre, former assistant U.S. attorney Sean P. Murphy and Senior Fellow for the Center for American Progress Frank Kendall join Katy Tur to break it all down.
