JEFFERSON CITY, Mo - The Missouri Department of Economic Development has announced the appointment of Danielle Briot as its new Director for the Division of Strategy and Performance.

This position informs the department's strategic planning, program development, and performance management. The Division of Strategy and Performance is focused on using data and performance metrics to ensure DED's programs and processes are efficient and effective.

Briot will lead the division in providing subject matter expertise in specialized areas such as economic research, data analysis, policy development, project management, and operational excellence.

She previously served as the Deputy Director of the division. She takes over for Kayla Kueckelhan who now serves as the Department of Economic Devel
