GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Goodlettsville Planning Commission will hold its meeting to discuss the Rivergate Mall makeover.
The makeover is expected to bring more jobs, along with new homes and shopping spots.
The project would include revitalizing 56.49 acres into multi-family housing, stores, restaurants and entertainment facilities, as well as medical and business offices.

On Monday afternoon, they will discuss the request for a final subdivision plan to combine eight parcels, totaling 56.45 acres, into two lots, including a 44.70-acre lot and an 11.75-acre lot.
