PORTLAND, Maine — When you've spent as much time in the Maine outdoors as Christi Elliott, writing a book about it is a no-brainer.
Elliott is a registered Maine guide and self-taught hunter, fisher, and trapper who has grown quite a following on social media. Her adventures and stories are featured in her new book called 'Always Game: A Maine Woman's Life of Outdoor Adventures'. Surprisingly, Christi is the only person in her immediate family who hunts, and she initially got hooked on the sport after thinking more about where her food comes from.
