SAN MARCOS, Texas (KTRE) — Former Huntington Devilette Kyra Anderson scored a season-high 17 points in Texas State’s 93-52 win over Prairie View A&M on Sunday.
The sophomore started and played 22 minutes, shooting 7-for-10 from the floor and 3-for-4 from the free-throw line. She had six rebounds and two blocks.
Through seven games, Anderson is averaging nine points per game.
Saturday will be a sort of homecoming for Anderson, as the Bobcats travel to Nacogdoches to take on SFA at 8 p.m.
