A Columbia man faces 10 felony charges in connection to a shots fired incident that led to a standoff over the weekend.
Rodquel R. Jones, 21 was arrested Sunday morning . He faces charges including stealing, six counts harassment, unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action and resisting arrest for a felony.
Jones is accused of directly threatening six people, using a stolen handgun to shoot several rounds at the house where several people were and barricading himself in his home and refusing to come out, according to a probable cause statement.
According to a probable cause statement, Columbia police responded to a residence in the 5600 block of Lightpost Court on Saturday around 8 p.m., where they spoke to a someone who identified herself as Jones' mother.
