Kyler Murray injury timetable changed, per Cardinals' coach Jonathan Gannon

While Arizona Cardinals ' quarterback Kyler Murray is eligible to come off the injured list in Week 14, it will not happen.

Jonathan Gannon announced the news on Monday while talking to reporters.

"Kyler, we will not open his window," Gannon said, H/T Tyler Drake of AZ Sports . "Not quite there yet."

Murray last played for Arizona in Week 5. Since then, he's been sidelined with a mid-foot sprain.

Jacoby Brissett has started every game in Murray's absence and has generally performed well. In his seven starts, Brissett has completed 67.8% of his passes for 2,188 yards with 13 touchdowns, four interceptions and a 97.7 passer rating. He's added 114 yards and a touchdown on the ground.
