An ethics complaint has been dismissed against Arkansas Association of Counties Executive Director Chris Villines in his capacity as a member of the Arkansas Cyber Response Board.
Arkansas Ethics Commission Director Graham Sloan disclosed that in an updated final action letter last week.
Sloan previously released a letter on Nov. 21, which stated Villines was issued a public letter of caution for unintentionally failing to disclose information on a required personal financial disclosure report.
Because he amended his statement of financial interest form within 30 days of learning of the purported error, the commission voted there would be no further investigation into the matter, and that Villines is considered not to have committed a violation. That information was included in both the
