A fire Monday in the community of Panorama Hills saw damage to three homes, but no deaths or injuries to any of the occupants according to the Calgary Fire Department.
“Around 2:45 p.m., our fire crews responded to a structure fire on the 100 block of Panamount Heights N.W.,” said public information officer, Alex Kwan. “Our fire crew had actually reported seeing heavy smoke from the station.”
On arrival, crews found heavy smoke and fire on the exterior of the homes, and immediately called a working fire, alongside a second alarm that doubled the amount of trucks to respond to the incident.
A section of Panorama Boulevard was closed as crews were on scene to respond to the fire.
