TAYLOR, Pa. — It's back to work for the Riverside boys basketball team... after a banner season last year. The Vikings went (25-3), along the way, taking down rival Holy Cross in the District II 3A championship.. and making it all the way to the state quarterfinals, where they were eliminated by West Catholic.
It was one of the best seasons in program history. Now, the Vikings set their sights on glory once again.
"The same expectations as last season for the team. You want to win the league, you want to win the district championship, and of course the ultimate goal is state championships, so nothing has really changed," said Nico Antoniacci.
