COLUMBUS, Ohio — Families from all over the Columbus area can come to the NNEMAP Food Pantry in the South Linden neighborhood of Columbus to get dry goods, canned goods and fresh fruit, vegetables and meat.

"It helps," pantry client Jodeci Tatom said. "They give me a lot of things that can match things that I already have at home."

Tatom left the pantry Monday morning with a cart full of milk, meat and other family food essentials.

"My daughter loves fruits. She has a juicer. So, she makes her own juices and stuff. So, that's going to come in handy a lot for her," Tatom said.

The food is sorted and put in boxes, bags and shopping carts by a team of volunteers.

"So we are loading boxes for DoorDash. It's one of the ways that we deliver food to folks," volunteer Howard Fradkin explained
